Welcome to the Psychology Revolution
3G School of Psychology is an initiative of 3G Institute of Research and Policy Studies (3G IRPS). The mission of 3G SOP (3G School Of Psychology) is to create India’s largest Psychology Integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI) Platform.
Why we do
How essential is psychology in the AI-dominated future? To give you a glimpse, it's better we rename it 'psAIchology'. When AI disrupts and replaces humans in the workplace, anxiety and stress are bound to soar sky-high. When AI is deployed to keep people averse from their physical world by them gluing onto their screens, human-based connection and counseling would be a saviour. The future is all about uncertainty and change. It is bound to make us feel lonely, miserable and vulnerable. As AI rises, so does our looming need for psychology.

Joel Christy Raphael | Head National Leader
Joel is a kind, energetic, and super extroverted human being whose mind revolves around magical realism. Empathizing with people is his cakewalk. He is a man with Multiple Passion Disorder. A lot of things interest and attract him to the level that once he gets involved, there's no coming back without him adding great value to it. You can often find him in a stoic state - that's where he dwells in his own philosophical world.
Nishi Priya | Head National Leader
You just can't open a Bibliobibuli Club without Nishi. Say hello to this crazy Gemini, juggling in the muggle world and swimming in the theories of Freud and Jung (Meh! She loves Adler the most). Do not get frightened if she starts diagnosing you even before she gets the chance to ask your name. On the flip side, she carries a gun to shoot people who consider Psychologists a 'Pagalon ka Doctor'.
Reshika Eshwar | Creative Director
Pun-tastic - that's Reshika in a word. This cool and funny teen can crack you up with her lame arse jokes right at the moment. But beware, because when you think about the joke again, you'd wonder who is more stupid - she for coming up with an utterly senseless yet witty remark or you for laughing at it like hell. Do not miss to watch out for her philosophical one liners, cosmological arguments and all things in between. Defining this dynamic damsel is definitely a difficult task (Yep, she loves alliterations).
Harini Shiva| National Leader
"Inspiration plays a major role in every individual's life. And Harini's no exception. She is always brimming with purpose and motivation. She confronts all the struggles in her life as if it were a cakewalk. She's steadfast in her dreams and goals and there's no talking her out of it. She prides herself as an extrovert. Unsurprisingly, she makes acquaintances quickly without reticence. She's adept and punctilious at fulfilling her tasks. She has developed a penchant for career counseling"

It really is hard to find people who value peace and happiness over materialistic things in this fast paced world. In that sense, Deepak is definitely a rare find, one of a gem. He doubts and questions everything he sees but also believes that obedience and law is a must for every human. His unorthodox and not-so-conventional views on the world and it's happenings are bound to astonish you. Being funny is not his plus (yet). He is panicking looking at this profile of his that is supposed to be humorous. But he's trying and working on it. See, that's the thing about him. Always open to learning and growth.

The sky is not enough for her. She brims with a splendiferous personality and artistic skills. She believes that we are nothing without our perspective and the best way to cheer yourself up is to try to cheer somebody else up. You just gotta love yourself enough to know you deserve more, be brave enough to demand more, and be disciplined enough to work for more. She carries the vision to go beyond horizons.
